As information and technology become obsolete, the need for retooling, continuous learning and retraining are indispensable strategies for sustaining growth and competitiveness. We organise and execute short-term training on demand to public and private sector clients using various modes: experiential, mentoring, traditional classroom style and practical field work in areas relating broadly to engineering and construction.
Clients may encounter challenges consistent with their statutory undertakings, with implications for new systems or revision of existing ones. Our initial deliberations with the client will determine the best course of action to take, which may include one or a combination of services and actions, among others: feasibility studies exploring viable alternatives with cost-benefit analysis, stakeholder consultations, training individuals and or segments of the workforce, assessment of operations and management systems with recommendations for improving effectiveness.
